Service Select is a customer-centric service offering from Mercedes-Benz India that provides savings of up to 25% on selected services, helping you maintain your vehicle with expert care while optimizing ownership costs.

You can check your vehicle’s eligibility for Mercedes-Benz Service Select after logging in Mercedes-Benz portal and adding vehicle using Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). VIN can be found on your vehicle, your RC copy, insurance copy or your vehicle’s Sales or Service invoice.

Eligible discount is automatically applied to the invoice by the participating Mercedes-Benz authorized dealer on the eligible services as per Terms & Conditions of the program. You can also show your Service Select Membership card during your workshop visit to confirm your subscription into Service Select program.

The program can be utilized only by private/ individual customers. Program shall not be applicable to any vehicle utilized for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, fleet operations, leasing arrangements, or rental activities.

The program covers selected essential services with discounts up to 25%, including:

• Periodic Maintenance service as per manufacturer recommendations
• Complete vehicle inspection & checks
• Brake pads, Brake discs, Wear sensors and Wiper blade replacement only as required based on technical evaluation.
• Vehicle cleaning during periodic service

Any other services apart from mentioned above are excluded from eligible discounts. Please refer to Program Terms & Conditions for more details.

If additional repairs are identified during your workshop visit, the dealer will inform you and seek approval before proceeding. Additional work may not qualify for Service Select discounts.

Combining the discount granted under the Service Select program with other discounts and/or services offered under any other schemes/campaign by Mercedes-Benz India is not possible. However, the concerned dealership may offer additional discount at their discretion over and above offered by the Program.

Service Select Program uses Mercedes-Benz StarParts, a product line specifically developed for select Mercedes-Benz model series and aims for effective functionality and a perfect fit. Mercedes-Benz StarParts are eligible for spare parts warranty for two years i.e. 24 months from the invoice date. Mercedes-Benz StarParts will be used as standard in Service Select, and Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts will only be used if an equivalent StarPart is not available at the time of your workshop visit.

No. Service Select Benefits are vehicle-specific. Each eligible vehicle must be registered separately. Service Select benefits cannot be transferred between vehicles.  In case of vehicle ownership change, New Customer of the vehicle should update the required data in respective ‘Dealers’ system and register for Service Select program on Mercedes-Benz Portal as per his/her discretion.
