Service Measure
At Mercedes Benz India, Customer Satisfaction to us is about being proactive and agile. One such avenue of our proactive approach is the quality, reliability and durability of our products, ensuring they consistently reflect what the Mercedes Benz brand stands for.
As part of our commitment to ensuring your Star is always equipped with reliable, safe, and durable components, we would like to inform you of our Recall and Service Measure initiatives. These measures are undertaken to keep your vehicle up to date and to uphold the highest standards of safety and product integrity. Your cooperation in completing these measures enables us to continue delivering the exceptional ownership experience you expect from Mercedes Benz.
To maintain the highest safety and quality standards, Mercedes Benz India proactively initiates Voluntary Recall measures based on product investigations, research insights, and global development learnings. Additionally, Mandatory Recalls may be conducted as required under the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and corresponding Rules.
When a Recall measure Voluntary or Mandatory is identified, Mercedes Benz India promptly notifies the relevant authorities in accordance with statutory requirements. Following this, customers whose vehicles are potentially affected are contacted directly via their registered email address with Mercedes- Benz, providing details of the Recall and clear guidance on the next steps.
You can now check whether your vehicle is affected by any Recall or Service Measure in just a few simple steps online. If applicable, you may request an online service appointment, or our authorized dealers will reach out using your registered email address.
