The GLC electric 400 4MATIC is built on a dedicated electric platform, bringing a new level of design, technology and comfort. It features an illuminated front grille, Digital Light headlamps and AMG Line bodystyling. Inside, the 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen spans the dashboard and face recognition lets you log in to your profile instantly. The SKY CONTROL panoramic roof switches from clear to opaque at a touch and glows with illuminated Mercedes-Benz stars. A Burmester®️ 3D surround sound system adds immersive sound. Two electric motors deliver 0–100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. A 2,972 mm wheelbase creates a spacious cabin. A 128-litre front trunk (frunk) adds extra storage beyond the 570-litre boot.
You can charge the GLC electric at home or at public chargers. At home, an 22 kW AC wall box takes about 5-6 hrs. On the road, it works with standard public DC fast chargers. On a 330 kW DC fast charger, it charges from 10–80% in about 22 minutes. Charging time depends on how much power the charger delivers, so lower-powered public chargers will take longer.
MB.CHARGE Public gives you access to more than 22,000 charging points across India. Everything happens in a single app: you can find a nearby station, check real-time availability and cost, start charging and also make payment. Payment is postpaid. The GLC electric offers about 698 litres of total luggage space: 570 litres in the boot plus a 128-litre front trunk (frunk) under the bonnet. The frunk is handy for charging cables or a small bag, keeping the main boot free. For bigger loads, fold the rear seats to expand the boot to up to 1,740 litres.
