On-Road Assistance Programs.

Mobilo Plus:

Mobilo Plus is a dedicated 24x7 On-Road Assistance Program that provides support over 900 locations across India. It is available up to 8 years, of which first 3 years come free of cost and can be additionally purchased thereafter. Mobilo Plus offers comprehensive break-down assistance service including vehicle towing, taxi service, replacement vehicle and more. This service is available at a nominal price of less than 0.3/km*.

*Considering average annual mileage of 15,000 km.

Mobilo Lite:

Mobilo Lite is a 24x7 On-Road Assistance service applicable for a year on completion of service by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. This service aids within 50km from the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership. In case of a break-down, assistance will be provided by our trained technician to ensure you always stay on the move.

Accident Recovery and Breakdown Management

Built-in and always available: Mercedes-Benz "Accident and Breakdown Management". By pressing the Mercedes-Benz button or via the telephone book entry in your address book, your vehicle establishes a voice connection with our Customer Assistance Center. This automatically transmits your location and other relevant information, such as the vehicle identification number, if you have activated the service. This means that the nearest Service24h employee can take care of you and your vehicle immediately, even if you yourself cannot say for sure where your vehicle has broken down.
