1. Find the vehicle of your dreams.

Find the vehicle of your choice in our Online Store, click on "Proceed to order" and start the ordering process.

2. Select your authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer.

In the next step, select your preferred authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer for the vehicle pick-up.

3. Decide on your preferred payment method.

Whether leasing, financing or cash purchase - choose the payment method that suits you best.

4. Register and complete your reservation.

If you don't have a Mercedes me profile yet, simply register and complete the vehicle reservation by entering your details.

5. Receive email confirmation.

Open your email inbox - there you will find the confirmation of your vehicle reservation. The vehicle is now reserved exclusively for you for 7 days.

6. Submit a leasing or financing request.

Next, you will be redirected to the Check & Drive online application of Mercedes-Benz Leasing GmbH or Mercedes-Benz Bank AG to submit your leasing or financing application. This step is omitted in the case of a cash purchase.

7. Provide credit check information and prove your identity online.

Now you have to carry out the non-binding credit check for a leasing or financing application and upload your 3 most recent pay slips. Now simply identify yourself afterwards via POSTIDENT (video chat) from Deutsche Post.

8. Sign and return the documents.

You receive all contract-relevant documents (vehicle order and, in the case of leasing/financing, the application documents) by email or post, sign them and send them back.

9. Wait for the final credit check.

We will now check your documents and creditworthiness for a leasing or financing application. As soon as the credit decision has been made, we will inform you by email that the result is available in your Mercedes-Benz Bank customer portal.

10. Make an appointment and pick up your new dream car.

Your desired vehicle will now be delivered to your selected authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer free of charge. They will contact you to arrange an appointment to register and take delivery of the vehicle. As soon as the final details are settled, you can drive off in your new Mercedes-Benz! By the way: If you wish, we can also deliver the vehicle of your choice to your home free of charge.
