1.  Offer Period: Valid from 16 October 2025 to 10 October 2026.

2.  Eligibility: Open only to American Express Centurion and Platinum Card Holders (“Cardmember”), whose accounts are valid and in good standing, within the territory of India.

3.  Membership Rewards points will be issued only if the eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle is purchased in the name of the Cardmember or in the name of a company where the Cardmember is a Director, Partner, or Proprietor using the eligible American Express Card specified above.

4.  Membership Rewards points will be awarded only if the eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle is purchased using an eligible American Express® Card and is registered in the name of the Cardmember, or an immediate blood relative (limited to spouse, parents, children, or siblings), or a company where the Cardmember is a Director, Partner, or Proprietor. For purchases made in the name of a blood relative (limited to spouse, parents, children, or siblings), valid proof of relationship with card member must be provided at the time of Booking. Acceptable documents include and limit to a marriage certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport. For purchases made in the name of the company, these documents should be produced as proof of relationship between the business entity and cardmember : Shop Act License/ Registered Partnership Deed/ Registered LLP Deed/ Firm registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation (ROC)/ Company master data extracted from MCA portal/ GST Certificate. 

5.  The Cardmember using the eligible card for booking the Vehicle must be the Purchaser of such eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle. 

6.  Not valid for American Express Cards issued by third parties or co-branded “Network Cards” and digital wallets. 

7.   Offer Benefit: Applicable only on a one-time payment of booking amount of ₹10,00,000/- per vehicle for select Mercedes-Benz models.

8.  Full Payment – In the event of a Cardmember making full payment via Membership Reward Points, no reward points will be extended to the Cardmember on such transaction. 

9.  The offer may be availed multiple times during the offer period for booking amount of INR 10,00,000/- paid for purchase of multiple eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

10.   Supplementary Cards: Applicable if the vehicle is purchased in the supplementary cardholder’s name, subject to applicable American Express terms and conditions.

11.   Points Crediting: Base and bonus Membership Rewards® points will be credited to the Basic Card Account as per the regular American Express process.

12.   The Card [PV1] [BS2] account and Cardmember must be active and enrolled in the Membership Rewards® Program.

13.  Reward Points[PV1] [BS2] : Eligible only when booking payment is made using the dedicated American Express POS machine at the Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealer locations or via specific Razorpay payment link. Payment made through any other channels will not qualify for reward points.

14.   Points Credit Timing:  Reward points will be awarded as per the American Express regular process and applicable terms and conditions, however, please note there may be slight delay in crediting due to various operational factors.

15.   Reversal: The reward points will be reversed in the event of booking cancellation, purchase cancellation, payment reversal, payment failure, fraudulent activity. In case  any Membership Rewards points awarded will be reversed or no reward points will be credited.

16.   Voluntary Participation: Participation in this offer is voluntary and implies reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions along with applicable American Express Terms & Conditions.

17.   Exchange & Non-transferable: Membership Rewards® points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind.

18.   Warranty: Product warranty as per Mercedes-Benz warranty card terms.

19.  Queries: Any queries pertaining to the awarding of reward points shall be raised within thirty (30) days of the date of eligible transactions.

20.   Disputes related to the offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
