Then select your preferred financing method – either by opting for Mercedes-Benz Financial or outright purchase. Then finalise your invoice details and confirm your order by making payment. We accept INR 50,000 as a fully refundable deposit for reserving the car for you for 14 days. All communication after registration or login is conducted privately between you and Mercedes-Benz. The offer provides you with the best price guaranteed. If the offer meets your expectations, you can reserve the vehicle online. Mercedes-Benz will then be in touch to guide you through the purchase process.

      The Star you booked online will be reserved for 14 days. If there is no action taken to take the booking to next steps due to any reason, the vehicle will be un-reserved on the 14th day and a refund will be triggered for you.

      If you want to cancel the booking for any reason, please notify your preferred Mercedes-Benz finance partner that you selected as the delivery agent. Also, you can write to customerconnect@daimler.com for cancellation. In both cases you will have to share the booking order ID, you full name and contact details you used to book the car. The full refund will be processed post confirmation of cancellation and will take up to 15-20 working days depending upon the payment methods chosen by you and your bank. Please note, Mercedes-Benz India will refund back the amount only to the same payment source used by you to book the car and no other.
