Mercedes-Benz A-Class becomes a sensation in social media
within six days of its sneak preview

Pune –Continuing its ‘2013: Year of Offensive’ strategy, Mercedes-Benz India launched a major digital media offensive aimed at creating an unprecedented buzz around the launch of the New Generation Car, the ‘Pulse of New Generation’: the A-Class. Mercedes-Benz India’s digital offensive launched on 2-May, 2013 comprehensively addresses all the major social media space including video sharing platform You Tube, photo-sharing website Instagram and Pinterest.

Mercedes-Benz India also launched a unique online contest for the launch of the A-Class luxury compact car. The contest gives the winners a chance to win a dream come true opportunity of owning the pulse racing A-Class (to be launched in India on 30-May) for a complete year, or to party hard in the dream party destination of Ibiza. The ongoing contest requires uploading one’s favorite party photograph, tagging #Aclasspulsate. Mercedes-Benz is also running the A-Class campaign in association with India’s leading multimedia youth platform, MTV.
