Nico and Michael represent the intensity, passion and phenomenal talent that define the Silver Arrows. When either of these men gets behind the wheel you know they give absolutely everything they have. Ross, Nick and Norbert have the monumental task of making sure that everything from the technical to the strategic is running seamlessly so that when the drivers give their everything, it all translates into perfection.

Winner of Constructor’s and Drivers’ Championships with Jenson Button in 2009 and Team Principal of Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One Team since 2010, Ross Brawn targets victories this year and is optimistic of the MGP W02’s competitiveness.



Ross regards the adaptation of the new devices for 2011 such as KERS and the adjustable rear wing, as one of the biggest challenges the Team faces this season. In spite of this, he urges the Team and the drivers to work very hard to get to grips with very complex technology. He believes that the car works well for both Schumacher and Rosberg, and focuses on performance as the agenda. For 2011, Ross continues in his role as Team Principal for MERCEDES GP PETRONAS, in addition to being a shareholder of the team and a Board Member of Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Ltd.

Nick, the present CEO of MERCEDES GP PETRONAS, was recently honoured at the 2010 Sports Industry Awards with The Marsh Leadership in Sport Award together with Brawn. The award was given by Alistair Campbell following the team's success in its former guise of Brawn GP in winning the 2009 FIA Formula One World Constructors' and Drivers' Championships. Nick had also been instrumental in the realisation of the 2005 Honda Racing F1 team and Brawn GP.

It was through Norbert’s direction which made it possible for Mercedes-Benz to enjoy considerable success in all categories, winning multiple races and championships. The most recent success include 4th place in Constructor’s Championship during the 2010 season. The German journalist and present Vice President of Mercedes-Benz Motored Sport had been key to the Team’s re-entry into Formula1 after almost 40 years.

Rounding off an impressive 7th place in the Drivers’ Championship, young and energetic Rosberg’s impresses the audience during the 2010 Formula 1 Season. In spite of their limited success during the 2010 season, Nico is confident with team-mate Schumacher and the rest of the team ending up on the podium in 2011.

Finishing at 9th place in the Driver’s Championship has been the result of the return of the seven-time world champion Michael during the 2010 Formula 1 Season. Despite the difficulties faced in the previous season, Team Principal Brawn believes that Michael will move forward, and that the strength of Michael with a very good car, when pulled together, will be extremely competitive in the upcoming season. Though unable to impress the world stage in 2010, the seven-time world champion Michael continues to strive to win the race and bag championship.
