The CAD-teams are actively involved in design and modeling activities in various subsystems such as chassis, BIW (Body In White), powertrain, suspension, interiors and exterior for Mercedes-Benz Cars (e.g. C Class, E Class, S Class) & VANs as well as Daimler Trucks (e.g. Canter, Axor and Actros) using CATIA V5.

Fully integrated in the international R&D network of Daimler group, our engineers work on the next generation products in different phases of the development scheme (concept, development, series). The challenges encompass weight reduction, alternative drive trains, design to cost, etc.

MBRDI Engineers have acquired this know how over the years through cooperation with the different business units of Daimler group in Germany, Japan and USA.
